Slacking!!! FNB Home Insurance team
FNB home insurance does NOT have a 24hr turn around for an email response as stated in the auto responder. It's 6 days, possibly more if you don't follow up. And when you do follow up, the number to call IN THE FOOTER : 087335 033 NO LONGER EXISTS I googled and called 3 different contact numbers, spoke to 5 consultants to be told my request is being processed but then asked if I filled out a form. REALLY, after explaining that's I've not recieved any feedback. This is not the level of service I'm accustomed to from this team. 😞

Still no resolution. Customer care please call me. I can't be dealing with 5 different consultants every 2 days after replying to requests from FNB home loans department.
It shouldn't be this hard to update a cession. It's been 2 weeks already
