Slack service

My father in law passed away in May 2017 and did not leave a will over the property he owned therefore the children nominated FNB to be executor of the property to avoid delays and mishaps as they are to know the whole process. They were very quick to assist in getting documents needed and we were able to put house up for sale and sold within 6 months of passing however the sales process is now delayed due to FNB not obtaining letter of exectorship from Masters office in time?? I am not sure how that error occurs? Also it has been an ongoing matter since November 2017... everything representative goes to masters office there is some delay or the masters office was at a stand still.... This is absolutely disgusting as we are paying large amounts of money to FNB to be executorship however I feel my grade R son could do a better job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want this sorted out immediately as the sale of property is delayed yet fnb claim they want to help and also want monthly bond payments?????? - what happened to slogan "how can we help you" - absolute joke
