SLA and process not functioning

Wish I could provide a negative stars rating. App**** for a simple transaction, documents provided, yet its been days later still nothing. Keep getting a message application on hold due to documents but nothing communication. The team still assessing/validating the docs, dont know why it takes so long, any other institution gets it done same day.

I was considering changing banks but this has left a sour taste and making me re-think that choice.
