Skip FNB as a bank

I have been a FNB client for many years. I am a private banker, i pay private banking fees, but still don't know who my private banker is. I want to close my acc, had to wait 2 days, for request, as they say i'm a 3, then got banking fees, now must wait another 2 days, for fees to be reversed. My own bank declined to help me, with a home loan. Absa helped, so i moved to them.

I was contactacted by FNB, they reversed the charges, but now i must pay R 50, to close my account. Even though i paid Private banker fees, but had no private banker, i got told i have incurred fees.
