Skin too dark for my bank

I'm so disappointed with Fnb's service. i have been a client with FNB for over 15 years and for the past year they have been tempting me to get a loan with them. i finally have a need to get a loan and obviously FNB was my 1st choice as my bank. I spoke to a consultant on tuesday the 14th of january 2020 and i was offered an interest rate of 27%. As someone that works in a financial institution I know all about profile and so on. I have a good profile, i don't have a judgement, default and i pay all my bills on time. i have not missed a debit order in years and FNB knows this because my salary goes into my FNB account. The consultant couldn't explain to me why i'm getting such a ridiculous rate but i'm starting to believe that FNB is indeed discriminating against black clients. why give me an interest of 27% when they tempted me with an interest rate of as little as 13%. FNB needs to give me a better rate or close my accounts if they can't assist me.
