I am really leaving FNB they charged me R399 for an app that is free i send them the dispute form and even attached the order of the app which shows zero no money was taken by them but my bank deducted the God knows where it went.i logged a dispute on the app and i also completed the dispute form with proof That the app is free.yesterday i receive an email stating that they do not see any dispute logged on their side even though i disputed 2 times on the fnb app and i also email the dispute fOrm.why must i always fight for my money when i call them they just say they are putting me through for verification after that they drop the phone on my ear.
