Due to load shedding, the Wi-Fi hanged, and the incorrect details was put on the payment - my bank detail is on BUT the bank is incorrect , FNB banking app was slow

Now i hear I must pay R325 to cancel the transaction and the payment was only for R244 to the unlimited

I am not happy
