I'm very annoyed that I was charged a service fee of R83 for an account I requested to be closed.

I was told that because I still have shares in the account, I need to donate them, which I didn't have an issue with. However, the account has still NOT BEEN CLOSED.

As if your monthly fees aren't high, you still charging me for an account I'm no longer using, or do not plan on using again.
