Siya and Moeketsi are Rude and unprofessional.

I am disappointed once again by FNB and its bad customer service we keep on getting form the FNB employees. I was on a call 2 times with very rude consultants, Namely Moeketsi Phama and Siya form the personal loan department. Siya refused to send me recordings and told me I don't know what I'm looking for also advised me to change banks. Moeketsi drops the line on me when I'm requesting to have my amendments to my loan agreement sent to me via mail.
