Sitting in queues to collect a card

My credit card is ready for collection at a specific branch. I have gone to collect it 3 times and had to wait at least 20minutes per visit to be served by someone to hand me my card. Time I do not have and have subsequently left it.<br> <br> I have now decided that you can keep the card- unless you deliver it to me. It is the 21st century and sitting in a branch for a total of an hour to collect is no longer an option.<br> <br> Please cancel my credit card- I will use one of my other bank cards- which promptly was delivered to me- or make a plan to get it to me. I am NOT spending any more time in queues to collect the card. <br> <br>
