Sithembiso Mhlambi FNB ***** Investigator is ***********,lazy with no sense of urgency

We and my 2 other friends opened a club account with Nedbank and saved up to R156 000 by May 2022, we had a certain goal to achieve but due to some reasons we cancelled the whole plan. We went to release our funds in May 2022. Nedbank transferred the money to my Nedbank account and I disbursed our equal shares to our FNB accounts within 24 hours. On the following day. All our accounts were blocked/ frozen and we couldn’t access our money. We went to enquire at the branch and we were told that the money is related to ***** and is under investigation. The case for the 3 of us was allocated to 2 ***** investigators Graham Lucille and Sithembiso Mhlambi. We provided evidence on the same day. Graham Lucille verified the evidence for my 2 friends with Nedbank and unblocked their accounts. It was so unfortunate that my case was handled by one of the laziest investigator by the name of Sithembiso Mhlambi. He could not even respond to my emails after doing a number of follow ups. It was so dumb of them to allocate the same case to two different investigators because now it was quiet visible that Sithembiso was not doing his job. The same information that Graham Lucille received from Nedbank after blocking my 2 friends accounts could have been used to unblock my account without any delays but I doubt if he even noticed that he was dealing with the same case with Graham Lucille. Sithembiso is one irresponsible and lazy FNB ***** investigator because he only released my money after I went to the FNB branch and asked the consultant to call him on teams. He was still unapologetic about the stupid delays and inconvenience that he caused.
