Sinoyolo's best service - FNB Mount Frere

My name is Mfundo Ntlangula. I am short of words on how I received the best service from Sinoyolo at FNB Mount Frere. I could not get a statement from the ATM and was sent inside the branch. I was welcomed with warmth and enthusiasm.

I actually needed the statement to make a loan at a loan shark but Sinoyolo asked what I needed it for and then advised me to that we check my credit score. It turns out I had an offer for the loan but I kept on ignoring this message but with clarity he explained that I already qualify and by taking it and paying in time will build my credit record and would have higher offers.

I am actually glad that I met him because he actually helped with my data problems. He saw I bought too much airtime to buy data at a high price and offered me a connect sim card with way more data but far less money.

Oh that service was the best I ever had in my more than a decade with FNB. Thank you FNB Mount Frere for such a wonderful and patient consultant.
