Simply throw away eBucks??

We are not currently in South Africa and cannot receive texts. I have tried over 8 times to have my OTP reset and to learn how to view my pin using the directions provided. I even called at great expense, worth half of the eBucks we have since they wouldn't call me, all to no avail. Now in desperation I have lodged this complaint in the hope of having someone either at FNB or eBucks attend to the request.
