You can’t transfer. You cant get hold of someone to release funds.

Chat doesn’t work, but they force you to use that

If you call in; you’ll be sent round and round the same automation loop. When you run out of airtime you’re done.

The staff think it’s hilarious as they push you from department to department and waste your time .

You’re going to tell the machine what you need. It’s going to send you anywhere but there. You’re treated like a child and a *****
