Simply Excellent Service

Friday 28 Feb.2020. Met Life Shopping Centre. PE. I needed 3 months of FNB. Bank Statements, printed with an official bank stamp. It is the month-end on a busy Friday morning. The Bank was needless to say "humming". Panic was in sight as unfortunately, time was against me. Bank Staff Natasha Alexander must have seen the look of "oh no!" on my face. Calmly she approached me. Seeing that I was a Senior Citizen, asked what was the problem and if she could assist? I told her my needs, she pointed to the On-Line cubical and told me to use it and would be there shortly to assist. Again I panic as I tried 3 times and was told that I should go to an FNB Bank to obtain a New Password or log in. Along came Natasha Alexander to my rescue, She looked at me sympathetically. After calmly "walking" me through. With a friendly smile and calm tone of voice told me that the needed statements were done and she just needed to Bank Stamp them. I really appreciated her patience and calm friendly service, rendered to a Senior Citizen. I told her that if all the Staff were like her at the Met Life FNB Branch, I'd definitely be doing my Banking at her Branch and will recommend the Branch to my friends.
