Simple tasks make more difficult with the aid of FNB ..
OMG FNB!!! I weep or gnashing of teeth... I live in abroad and all I would like is a simple letter from the Bank of confirmation of account and online!!!after emails to the bank I was sent a online process great ....
Please see below the Online Banking steps to generate an account confirmation letter on your account.
Click on the “My Bank Accounts” tab The accounts linked to your profile will be displayed Click on the “More” tab next to the account A list of service options will be displayed Click on the “Account Confirmation Letter” option
Well I quite good with reading but I'm not sure if I see that option ... Account Settings Transaction History Detailed Balance Statements History Interim Statements Recreated Statement Email Statement
Why is it so difficult to do the simplest of tasks... even the online FNB help facility offer no help... why???
