Simple request still not resolved.

I have been trying for the past week to change my OTP from my cell phone number to my email address.

I have informed my private banker as well as online banking on multiple occasions that I am working overseas at the moment and do not have mobile service and thus am not getting my OTP on my cell phone. I therefore requested for my OTP to be changed to my email address (the same email address I have always used with FNB).

Despite all the below measures, this still has not been done:

- Multiple calls to the call centre, discussion with Siphiwe at length on an international call. - Confirmation of identity with my ID number, card number and PIN which was authenticated. - After being told that it was not approved had to submit more documents with a stamp from the country I am in which was done the following day without even an acknowledgement from online banking of the submission. - Acquiring an international satellite number to be contacted on, on a ship and phoning again to update the number and send emails to inform FNB of the number. - Phoning AGAIN to escalate the matter with no resolve.

I went online tonight, to realize that it still has not been done.

The service from online banking has been absolutely unacceptable.
