Simple request

I used the \contact us"link in online banking. I chose the personal loans option. <br> <br> I asked to have my loan restructured. <br> <br> I was then told I need to make a lump sum payment (I've made numerous additional payments on the loan) and then call them to restructure.<br> <br> This is not suitable to me. <br> Firstly: Why do i need to make a lump sum payment? This is nonsense. I've made numerous additional payments so this shouldn't even be an issue.<br> <br> Secondly: I've been asking since I got this loan to have it restructured. Paying off R17k over 39 months is ridiculous"
