Simple queries become the impossible!

I always thought FNB was a bank of service until now. I recently started a new job and with that i have a new paydate. I went to the gateway branch to inform the bank to change my debit order date from the old pay date to the new one. I was assisted by Dinesh who was very helpful, he put me on the phone with the personal loan dept and i advised Denish and the lady in the personal loan dept of what needed to be done they advised me that they will send the request through to the credit dept for assessment, and to come back for feedback on 22/06/2015. I did return on monday to get feedback however i was advised Denish was busy and was sent to another consultant which did not understand me at first and advised me that I will be now debited on the old paydate and the new paydate! in other words i will be debited twice from one pay which I was trying to avoid in the first place! Now if there is not enough money in my acc i will be charged the R139.00 per debit order and i will be in Arrears! I hate dealing with a ppl in banks talking over you saying \ well theres nothing we can do".I dont think i will deal with the gateway branch"
