Simple process made complicated through online banking

FNB have managed to make what should be a simple process a complicated mess.

I need to pay a UK based company for the shipping of some personal items. The online banking portal has made this incredibly difficult and unnecessarily time-consuming.

1. Searching for the correct product code is not very intuitive. For people who do not ship goods on a regular basis, it is difficult to track down the right code for your consignment

2. At some point, I was told that a document upload was needed, but it does not tell you what type of document to upload. It is only once you go into the actual upload function that a drop down menu appears. In my case, the only option was an invoice. Surely the system should inform of document types once you have (eventually) found your code?

3. I have uploaded the same document - an invoice - 3 times and still, my profile says my that a document upload is needed. At first, I thought that a second type of document is needed, but when I go through the whole upload process the only option I am given is an invoice.

I have received no notifications, either via the app or email, about the status of my transaction. I assume this means that nothing has happened, despite me beginning this tiresome process over a week ago.
