Simple Feedback not given

Once again FNB unable to provide simple feedback. Logged a query 10days ago Service Request Number: *** Till today no feedback. Due to the department dealing with this query the branch or call center cant help.. I've send numerous emails requesting feedback in writing as I'm unable to answer my phone due to work. Lets see if they will respond to this platform
