Simcard not working

I took out two simcards with FNB because I was under the impression I was getting value for money. Boy, I was so wrong!!! Since I put this simcard in my phone on Friday the 07/10/16 I had no internet connection up until today the 11/10/16. I can't receive incoming calls neither do I receive any messages. I have spoken to numerous consultants who are all unable to assist me at times also cutting me off. It shows online that the simcards are both active, I don't know how but I have no usage of my cellphone since inserting the simcard. I would like to advise innocent clients not to get trapped with this silly **** of FNB. This product is not working!!!!!!!!!!
