Simcard Charge
I keep getting charged for a simcard that come with my smart device.

According to the fnb website when the device was purchased it came with a FREE 24 month contract.

After about 6 months I've suddenly been getting charged for a Vodacom simcard, I've spent hours on the phone to fnb being transferred from one department to the next.

A month later and my \private banker"responds with a useless email saying:
You are being charged R89.00 for 2GB of data which you receive monthly.
Attached is your itemised billing for the last 3 months for ease of reference

"""
