Sim swap
I decided to visit FNB Protea Gardens today to do a sim swap and arrived at the bank at 09:50 but ended up being assisted at 11:00 thus I spent the whole hour just for a sim swap. The service today was very poor and It's not good cause you go to the bank to be assisted there and there not to spend the whole hour for a mere sim swap. I believe that you can do better that today.
