SIM RIP-OFF

I made an application for sim card via FNB CONNECT telephonically, received sim on 05.10.2017 and deductions were automatically taken for upfront fee. On 24.10.2017 another R455 was deducted from my account. I contacted FNB CONNECT for an explanation as the R455 was not the agreed upon amount, person explained upfront for following month but advised 24th was not debit date agreed upon application. I asked to cancel, meaning I had coverage until 24.11.2016. She advised if I cancel immediately i forfeit the payment of R455 they just deducted. I sent several emails to confirm cancellation as they did not disclose full information upon application. Did not want to be debited for anymore hidden costs as the R455 was not discussed. To date i still wait for a refund into my account or somebody to call confirming such. Several calls has been made and everytime a new consultant confirms my actions and will do the refund, so if everybody is reversing R455 I must be very rich now., because the account is still not reflecting the R455 reversal. Care @ FNB does not respond to any emails. Can somebody working at FNB explain why I had to pay R100 migration costs after sim was cancelled, FNB how can we help you....please refund my R100 and R455...
