SIM CARD SENT WITHOUT DEVICE AND NOW CHARGED COURIER FEES

<p>FNB is by far the most pathetic bank I have ever dealt with, I ordered a smart device and requested for a prepaid sim to be sent with the tablet.(gift for my dad)</p> <p>It was approved. So I receive the package via courier delivered to my house. Imagine my confusion and annoyance when i open the "packet" and see a sim card. I called in and spoke to Sylvia who told me that due to a system error even if i dont qualify for the smart device and order a sim card with , it gets approved (cause i qualify for a sim card) and therefore it was sent. Firstly i have no use for a sim card without a device. Secondly why was i not called and asked whether i require just the sim as i ordered it with a tablet. Thirdly why am i being charged courier fees for a sim card i can buy in a shop for a rand due to your system error.</p> <p>I have sent an email and got the below response:</p> <p><strong>"Good day</strong><br /><strong>Trust this email finds you well</strong><br /><strong>Kindly be informed that a courier fee is charged for delivery done, for further assistance with regards to device kindly call ********** 270 so that they can advise why it was declined.</strong><br /><strong>Regards</strong><br /><strong>FNB CONNECT ADMIN"</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The tablet being declined is fine but then decline the whole order, dont send me sim card and charge me for it. Why should i call FNB again, surely they should call me to sort.</p> <p>I want my money back in my account, and then most annoying part of it all is the debit was a DEMAND DEBIT so i cannot reverse it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I should not be paying for courier fees for a sim card i expected a tablet with.</p> <p>I do not get a call to say tablet was declined not even an email or message, </p> <p>Now i need to call them after the fact.</p> <p> </p> <p>All a bunch of idiots. I am changing banks and will advise everyone i know to change banks.</p> <p>Will also be outting this on social media as you my credit score was 9.5 or something last time i check in this year and i just recently purchased a tablet and was approved.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY</p> <p> </p>
