Silly FNB App rule equals NO eBucks for many!

I sent a query explaining that I do not own or intend to own a smartphone or tablet and hence would not be able to earn eBucks because I would be able to download or use the FNB App. Their response is that I must use the FNB App! Does FNB not get it? I do not want to use mobile banking! I prefer to use the online platform, which is a much safer option in my opinion!

I still want to bank with FNB as I have been doing for 20+ years, but I also still want to earn eBucks! I will not be bul**** by a bank in forcing me in how I should bank and coerce me in using a mobile device that I do not want to use!

Has FNB forgot forgotten about your slogan “How can we help you …?” I become very irritated each time I hear an FNB advert on the radio staying how everyone is moving to FNB, well I believe that there are thousands of high income old school customers in my position, and will be leaving FNB in the near future because of this stupid FNB App/eBucks autocratic rule!

What is FNB going to do to keep me happy or must I change banks!?

Regards

Dr Rodney Duffett
