Significant Drop in Services Levels

I noticed that the level of service of FNB has dropped significantly. If I use secure chat in the FNB App. I am passed between one consultant to the other. With No actual response. It seems as queries are beign answered by Bots who are not really human. the chat is eventually ended with comments that the service agent got no response from me. However, the service agent has ever responded. I tried calling the premier phone number and get cut off all the time. NO RESPOSNE TO EMAIL. NO REAL SERVICE!!!
