Sickening customer service

A **** institution with ridiculous service. From Monday I have been taken from pillar to post with their lying consultants promising to resolve the matter overnight, 5 days later I'm at a branch since opening calling relevant dept only to be transferred and put on hold with no assistance. Having the best digital banking doesn't make it the only bank!
