Sick of useless banking

I am so sick of dealing with the app chat that does not work and nobody listens to me. This damn discovery switchover is a nightmare. FNB should have created the payment beneficiaries for us to pay the credit card so that we dont have to flipping spend hours on the phone and the ridiculous app to try and simply link a credit card.

I once phoned and tried to move a budget amount and 4 people said that during covid their internet was bad so I would have to phone back all the time to try and find someone with a working connection. ***!!!!!
