SICK OF FNB - ITC listings from 2018

My Credit Bureau profile is still not fixed from 2018. Every time I try to apply for a consolidation loan, these three loans from 2018 that has been paid up is on my name.

I'm sick of this.... on the 6 or 5th they said they've send ITC an email to correct it and it takes 10 days.... WORST BANK EVER. Struggling with this bank over a year..... want to move all my stuff over to ABSA.... I need my profile fixed please. I've got paid up letters too. Very bad service to continue with listing paid up loans from 2018
