Sick bunch of unconcerned staff, managers, CEO's!!!

FNB is a bunch of fools. They give a number to call but no one answers it. Leaving us holding on for an hour and wasting our airtime. Also they don't respond to emails. No one responds or calls back. This time they have tried to *****lently rob me as they are sending me an email which asks me to take action a day before they sent the email. I am really fed up with them!!!!
