Sick and tired of FNB ****ming me out of my own money

FNB is charging me 2 separate fees for items, that according to them hasn't been paid just because it's listed on my account as debit orders but I've made arrangements with these companies that I'll make cash payments via EFT, which I've done. Who are you, FNB to dictate to me by deducting money from my account how and when my accounts must be paid?? This has happened countless times in the past but I'm seriously fed up now. I want these amounts reversed into my account and then I will close my account with FNB. You are costing me unnecessary money.
