Sick and tired of FNB

FNB does not know when to stop.

I am sick and tired of this inconvenience. I am paying so much money to recieve such service from FNB.

Last month I reported ***** on my account and I even wrote a review about it here @hellopeter. They reversed the money they had charged me for the debit order that did not go through, Still they did not block that debit order even after we had established that it was *****, this guys took my money again this month, today. And today there was money in my account and it did go through. I need FNB to fix this because I do not understand why did they not block PM8@propf1TLL*** from taking my money again. So they refund me for ***** transaction last month but they do not block the ***** from happening again, that is very smart of them.

Now they want to inconvenience me by saying I must go to police station and complete some forms, I do not have time for this, because if they blocked this guys last month we wouldn't be having this conversation

Their consultants they as useless, I spoke to Aadiel Saleh and he put me on hold and after he pretended that we lost connection while I could hear him very well and he acted like he does not hear me. I am upset. FNB has became so useless.

I need my money back, R4 216.95, I need it now
