Sick and tired of fnb

I bank with FNB and have been banking with them for more than 8 years now, My salary gets paid into my FNB Bank account every single month. I just like to find out why they refuse their customers loans, yet we trust them with our monies? I only have one debit order in my name of R169 cellphone contract by Vodacom and have never missed a payment since I started paying for that debt from last year March, but when you require for a short term loan you have to wait days after you have app**** for feedback only to receive an sms informing you that they regret they cant help you but they claim to be the best bank? I don't have a low credit score I'm not not under debt review and have no missed payment in my name and good affordability but they decline me a short loan of on R4000 they will just tell you its the system. One thing I am sure of, Is that I'm sick and tired of FNB and their stupid system and am looking for a bank to switch too that can help me when Im in need as much as I trust them with my money
