Sick and tired!

Today was my last day with FNB. I have been banking with them for 7 years now. Including my business account. The past 3 weeks I have opened my new gold cheque account. It got delivered lasy week thursday. No hassle. The delivery lady was very nice asking for my proof of ID. I gave that to her asking if she needed my proof of residence. No no. They only need proof of ID. The next moring I received my sms with my new banking details saying that my account was activated (I assumed they didnt need my POR because I already had 3 accounts with them) Made my first deposit into the account sucsesfully this afternoon. Went to order some food at our local fast food restaurant (that does not have card facility) left for the atm, changed my pin on the card. When I wanted to withdraw money, sorry your account has been suspended. Standing there with no money to pay our food, I call the call centre. For them to tell me my account was never activated because I never gave them my POR. And that there was nothing he could do for me. How is it possible to receive money in a suspended account?? Just to be told, you can not withdraw your own money!! I will be closing all my FNB accounts tomorrow morning. Including my business, credit, 2x savings, cheque and also my husband will no longer be banking with them either.
