Sick and disgusted with FNB

This is ridiculous first I had to fight for money which was double debited only to be told the loan has to be reopened for me to get my money back now I am being harassed and told that a sherif of GL aurthorney will visit me whereby I paid my loan and they have double debited me telling me I had no payment arrangement I suffer from PTSD have to make ends meet and am unable to even take out a loan and they are telling me this while they have made error this is not on each time I have to write a review while they are the cause of this mess.
