Sibonise Mbalo - An Asset to FNB

I would just like to commend Sibonise Mbalo on the excellent and efficient service received at the Durbanville branch today (29/11/2021).

I had all my belongings ****** and Sibonise helped me get all of my banking details fixed within 30 minutes. I walked into the branch panicked and left the branch at ease. Sibonise Mbalo was patient and attentive and is definitely a great ambassador for FNB. Thank you!
