SIBONGILE SIYONGWANA - FNB CARD COLLECTIONS RUDE CONSULTANT!

I contacted the FNB Card Collections to clear the funds I had transferred. Spoke to Sibongile Siyongwana and the lady blatantly told me their rules have been changed and I have to wait 24 hours. I advised her that I need the funds ASAP, she said there is nothing she can do, I asked her to refer my issue to her team leader, she hung up on me! This is not the kind of service I expect from my BANK! To my surprise, I decided to call again and spoke to Florence Mkhwa**** who politely advised me of the rules and they referred the matter to her team leader, without me asking her to!! My matter was resolved seamlessly and efficiently!

Under no circumstance, whatsoever can a consultant hang the phone on the client, more especially if you are aware that the client is unhappy! Sibongile shows no empathy or concern for clients, I pray I am the last client she speaks to as rudely and careless as she did. Totally uncalled for!!!
