I have been a FNB Private Client for the past few years. I was assigned with about 2-3 different private bankers, all of whom I have complained about, due to their lack of knowledge of their job responsibilities and the lack of communication. On my last complaint, I specifically requested a private banker who would at least have the deceny to reply to my e-mails. Ms. Sibongile Mbiza was assigned to me.

I cannot express how grateful I am that she is my private banker. From inception, she has been nothing less than an expert in what she does. She takes pride in the service she provides. She replies almost immediately, she takes the time to send me the correct information, she goes above and beyond to point out discrepancies and give me tips. She is always bubbly, professional and approachable and you can talk to her about any of your banking concerns / needs and she will advise you on the best remedies.

I am so glad that she is my private banker. Having lost faith in those who were previously assigned to me, fed up with the "working from home excuse", the "I will get someone to call you back" (passing the buck) I was ready to move over to another bank, but she has really redeemed my trust in FNB again.
