SHUT THIS BRANCH DOWN! DISGUSTING!

THIS BRANCH IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO FNB. The security guard was disgustingly rude when I asked for help. The lady at the from reception completely ignored people at the door when we asked for help. She was doing something on a man’s phone. She didn’t even look up at me when asked her to assist me. The home affairs person did not listen to a word when we tried to asked questions. Staff was disgustingly uninterested and completely ignored customers/clients. This place is an absolute **** show. There is no management there. This branch needs new staff and management or it should be shut down. Changing my bank because of this experience. Drove all the way from Morningside while 7 months pregnant to deal with a **** show and people who do not give two ****s about their jobs or the FNB brand. Disgusting that FNB will allow this to continue.
