shut down the Laudium FNB Branch

Worst branch ever, FNB should really consider shutting this branch down, the people at the branch are just hopeless and not willing to assist, the branch manager refused to provide their name and ran to hide in the back and refused to assist, furthermore the manager told the consultant not to assist and ask the client to leave. is this the service we get for banking with FNB, its rather appalling. honestly worst branch in RSA, please fire the *********** people working there or shut it down. The name of one of the consultants i have and only if you willing to take this seriously will I provide it, but based on how the branch works, i doubt that there will be any measures taken by fnb. Suprise me!!
