My account was frozen because fica update I submitted all the doc they requested they even told all information is loaded on there system now every time phone in nobody knows how to unfreeze my acc I am send from pillar to ...3 days straight busy trying to unfreeze my account nobody phone back or no correspondence it's now my problem not there's fnb sucks n unprofessional
