Shoved over departments with no answer.

I have been transferred to multiple departments trying to figure out an outstanding debit card authorization on my account. Spend 2 hours on the phone and secure chat with no answer. It's the worst bank ever. I have been a client for over 15 years. If this is how private clients are treated, I wonder how is the service for the rest. Does not even deserve the one star.
