Shoutout to Goitsemang from Silverton

I visited the FNB Silverton branch Friday 21 January. I was assisted by Goitsemang. He was able to explain patiently explain services offered by the FNB, including the benefits of each. I was amazed by his professionalism and his passion for his work. He puts the clients first. He skipped his lunch just to see that I leave the branch as a happy client. He understands very well what it means to be client-centric.
