A big shout out to Portia Nenzhelele who actually cares and can help you. This lady tackles the most difficult problem head on and does not stop until she has resolved it. Thank you Portia for helping me with a problem that nobody else at FNB could see or resolve. After many calls, much frustration you were still willing to assist this very irritated client.
