Shouldn't you ignore debit orders when there is "insufficient funds"??

But why does FNB honor debit orders when there are no sufficient funds in an account???? only to reverse the transaction and charge a lot of money for the transaction??? I have lost over R2000 to FND in the past 2 months because of this. I could never understand, especially because they charge a huge amount per transaction. please reverse these charges!!!!
