Should never have upgraded my Credit card
I had a classic credit card with FNB. They asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a gold credit card. so I did.... BIG MISTAKE.... When I try draw it tells me insufficient funds, when my debit orders try go off... it tell me insufficient funds... when I go on the app... wow I got money there... then I phone and I'm told its not their fault its the person trying to do the debit order... no because I cant even draw money from the card,,, so guess what it is FNB'S fault..
