Should I worry about service I'll be getting?

I asked to have the card delivery put on hold until I have spoken to someone from credit card unit as I do not want to move some of my accounts but rather ALL and I have also asked several times to have this looked at but I am still waiting, needless to say that the card will be delivered tomorrow. Secondly, I have lost count of the number of times I have been asked by the KYC unit to complete a form that was already completed and sent to them, not sure why they keep asking me to complete and email a form that they already have
