SHOULD I GET ANOTHER BANK OTHER THAN FNB TO CHANGE MY WILL AS FNB DOES NOT HAVE THE FACILITIES FOR FINANCIAL ADVISORS

I had my will drawn up by FNB KILLARNEY now I needed to have some changes done to my last will and testament I went to the Killarney branch on Saturday and they logged my request to have my will changed and I was told an agent will call me to make an appointment with a financial advisor and today is Wednesday not one agent phoned me, when Nancy Pather was at that branch I had it done within the hour and I was told by the bank in Killarney that they will phone me as soon as possible and it does not take long to get an advisor, Should I go to another bank to have my will changed
